This is a special edition soundtrack to the 1987 comedy, SPACEBALLS, which starred Mel Brooks, John Candy, Bill Pullman, Rick Moranis and Daphne Zuniga.  A nine song soundtrack for SPACEBALLS was released with the film on LP, cassette and CD and although the film was very successful, the soundtrack went quietly out-of-print within a few years of its release.
 
A single for the title track ‘Spaceballs’ was released by The (Detroit) Spinners in 7” and 12” formats.
 
This special edition version contains five bonus songs as heard in the film plus seven dance remixes. A complete soundtrack remains out-of-print in any physical medium and the title has had no reissue.
